Laborer (MVO)
Fort Smith NHS and Pea Ridge NMP:
Responsible for coordinating and conducting tasks associated with landscape restoration, fence/trail maintenance, minor construction activities, painting and ground/building care. Participation in park special events and programs is required. Work is within well established programs, but the incumbent has some responsibility for initiating, developing and/or modifying work methods. To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
Ability to do the work of a laborer without more than normal supervision. (SCREEN OUT) Possess a current valid state drivers license. (SCREEN OUT) Work practices (included keep things neat, clean, and in order). Ability to interpret and follow instructions, specifications etc. (other than blueprints). Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment. Dexterity and safety If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration.
