Sales Manager - Worksite Territory Manager
At Elite Services we are a fast growing organization in the supplemental insurance industry. We represent Family Heritage Life and are looking to expand in the Terra Haute, IN area. To help ensure the success of this growth we are in the process of finding the right individual to be our next worksite territory manager.
Potential Candidates must have:
Proven track record in closing sales and building client relationships
Experience training and leading new representatives
Experience in working with business preferred
Ability to adhere to a time test sales system
Must have health insurance license
No Felonies
Compensation Includes:
$75k-$125K 1st year income potential
Up to $5k in monthly bonuses (based on performance)
2 year vested renewal with full vesting at 5 years
Ability to earn company stock
