Randstad Human Resources is partnering with a leading consumer goods company in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area in their search for an HR Manager to support a non-union manufacturing site comprised of roughly 150 employees and growing rapidly.
The HR Manager will report to a Regional HR Manager will be responsible for full HR Business Partner duties including but not limited to employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, change management, talent acquisition, systems support and HR reporting, compensation, benefits and recognition programs.
A Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years of HR Generalist experience required. HR Certification preferred. Competitive salary plus bonus and relocation offered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
