Performs various office administrative duties as assigned. Represents the company in a professional manner to internal and external stakeholders, and the general public. Handles multiple tasks and shifts priorities to meet departmental needs.
Essential Functions: 1. Receives and understands verbal and written technical instructions and respond in English. 2. Knowledge of office machines such as printers, fax machines, and copiers. 3. Files and maintains records.
Qualifications: 1. High School diploma or equivalent (GED). 2. Proficient telephone operator skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Knowledge of office practices and procedures to include: report generation, filing, and general clerical duties. 5. Skill sets that require formal education and/or previous on-the-job experience, such as accounting may be required. 6. Address and function with basic computer skills as defined by the company. 7. Keyboard evaluation. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Occasionally lifts 50 lbs. close to the body and 35 lbs. away from the body. 2. Visual acuity (corrected) to read directions, prints and computer screen. 3. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting and lifting (assisted and unassisted). 4. Working at a computer for long hours at a time. 5. Physically highly repetitive in nature.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
