Facility Managers - Flexible schedule.
Attention to property detail required.
You will be responsible for general maintenance and optimum property condition at our managed self-storage facility.
Working closely with the store employees, Call Center and Management Team, your primary responsibility is to maintain and oversee the inventory of our self-storage properties including:
Insuring the properties are clean and systems are functioning Performing regular property checks on site and lock to system report reconcilement.
Monitoring kiosks if present at location.
Cleaning and Making Units Ready-to-Rent Replacing light bulbs and HVAC filters.
Preparing units for auction process Light Maintenace and oversight of general repairs performed by other vendors.
Daily Reporting to Management Team Job Type:
Full and Part-Time Pay:
