The successful candidate will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain properties including minor plumbing, painting, cleaning.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and properties.
Prepare properties for turnover and make ready for rental.
Manage, secure and maintain tools and minimize expenses while staying accountable for purchases.
Be able to communicate with tenants and schedule repairs in a timely manner.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report time spent at each property.
Follow safety protocols when working with tenants.
