Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling - Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of employees - Knowledge of inventory management principles - Familiarity with POS systems for sales transactions - Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers for favorable terms
