You'll be our go-to person when it comes to the daily operation of our sporting goods store.
You'll make sure the day-to-day tasks are getting done, while at the same time you'll be engaged in long-term planning and thinking of ways to make our store even better.
We understand that you will have lots to do and will require assistance at times.
You will have many opportunities to grow as a retail sales associate.
Responsibilities:
Use good judgment when dealing with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
Direct and coordinate operational activities of the store.
Communicate with corporate headquarters.
Make recommendations to increase sales and profits.
Deal with difficult customers.
