Your Impact:
As the Regional Property Manager, you will be tasked with a key Supervisory role responsible for monitoring that company policies and procedures are being upheld by on-site staff.
The Regional Property Manager shares the responsibility of assigned property performance, curb appeal, and safety along with On-Site Property Managers.
In addition to that, responsible for training, development, and training of assigned on-site staff.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the property's aesthetic appeal.
Ensure adequate on-site staffing Conduct and develop training for self and staff Lead marketing initiatives and conduct property tours.
Direct, monitor, and evaluate work performed by employees and contractors Monitor delinquencies Resident retention efforts Foster community relationships.
Oversee on-site resident management, including rent collection and enforcing community rules.
Manage budgets and oversee financial reporting.
Procure and verify accuracy of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting Implement company policies and systems Set up marketing and advertising programs Ensure Accounts Payable are reported in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Job experience may be substituted.
Minimum 3 years in a management role.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in Regional Property Management role Ability to delegate and communicate property management systems Ability to problem solve issues Strong customer service and managerial skills Commitment to BPC's Core Values.
Proficiency in AppFolio Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly, with the flexibility for additional time as needed.

Compensation Package:
Annual salary of $45,000.
To-be-determined performance-based bonuses.

Overall compensation valued between $60,000 and $70,000 annually.
Relocation Support:
An initial $500 support for relocation expenses.
