Healthcare office experience and basic knowledge about health insurance is required as well as basic office skills including Google Workspace.
Additionally, we are seeking an individual with the ability to organize data, digital files, schedule appointments, and assist with daily operations of our business.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
A working interview will be scheduled prior to a job offer to assess applicants' skill set.
Occasional travel to our NWA clinic may be necessary for training and events.
Therapists In Motion offers in home and in clinic physical, occupational, speech and swallowing therapy/ diagnostics.
Our mission is to serve patients who fall through the cracks in the healthcare system by providing research backed therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records - Assist with insurance verification and claims processing - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and therapy office procedures - Previous experience in a medical or therapy office setting preferred - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills including direct calls to patients, therapists, and referral sources.
