The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with medical devices, as well as providing support to other technicians.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management Management, retention and reconciliation of patient/clinic records Clean/maintain medical devices Provide patient services for medical devices Assist providers in preparing for patient appointments Provide administrative assistance to Audiology Technicians Provide assstance to front office staff/answer phones Job Type:
