The Custodial Supervisor is defined as the supervisor having authority over all custodial work.
The Custodial Supervisor performs responsible supervisory work involving the assignment and direct supervision of custodial employees in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of building interiors and exteriors, to include grounds maintenance, and related services.
The Custodial Supervisor is also responsible for training new employees in proper custodial procedures for the use of manually operated tools, electrically-powered machines, cleaning compounds, solvents and chemicals.
The Custodial Supervisor performs routine inspections and quality control for work performed by their staff.

John Paul Hammerschmidt Federal Building and Courthouse located at 35 E.

, Fayetteville, AR 72701 (Full Maintenance) and Judge Isaac C.
Parker Federal Building and Courthouse located at 30 S.
