Job Description:
Under general supervision performs a variety if radiographic procedures, responds to patient needs, provides quality images for interpretation and completes documentation.
Shows professional concern for quality services.
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologist Technologist (ARRT).
Current Arkansas Radiologic Technologist license.
Current American Heart Association BLS.
ACLS Frequent stressful conditions encountered in patient care and time management of patient load.
Intermittent exposure to contagious disease and chemical disinfectants with protective measures provided.
Job hazards encountered include needles, exposure to bodily fluids, bodily injury, electrical shock, mechanical failure, exposure to toxic chemicals, radioactive chemicals, radioactive areas and radiation with protective measures provided.
Must be able to lift, pull/push, turn, move patients and similar movements that are required in the provision of patient care.
Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time.
Need someone who can work in a busy Interventional cath lab procedure room independently.
Minimum Guaranteed Hours:
2 Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Catheterization Laboratory Health Care Mechanical Failure Nuclear Power Time Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
