We are based in the Fort Smith, AR area but have operations across AR, OK, and more recently in TX.
We provide Drilling Rig & Workover Rig services along with Pumping and Compression.
The Maintenance Manager will coordinate maintenance activities and create strategic programs to improve our processes and equipment uptime for our growing company.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Setup & manage Preventative Maintenance Program for all assets Work collaboratively with other team members to setup & manage a spare part inventory program Work collaboratively with other team members to:
understand critical components for equipment, create plan to communize components where possible, setup inventory levels and manage program Manage planned and unplanned downtime projects to assure operations are restored as efficiently as possible Source equipment parts to restore operations Other duties as needed Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Engineering or Mechanical related 2 or 4 yr degree desired Experience with Preventative Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Project Management a must Oil & Gas Industry experience a plus Ideally this person would be extremely mechanically inclined and be able to assess & recommend equipment updates, changes to prevent unplanned downtime, etc.
Capable of managing multiple challenging assignments concurrently; moving swiftly and decisively, but collaboratively and effectively with others.
Personal commitment to high quality standards.
Strong communication skills and an ability to formulate positive interpersonal relationships.
Strategic thinker and effective problem solver.
Perceptive, responsible, and accountable.
